Hla360 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the hla360 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the hla360 platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and close your account if one exists.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and hla360 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as full acceptance of the revised terms.
The hla360 platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. hla360 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend accounts that are unable to demonstrate eligibility.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted only one account on hla360. Registering more than one account under the same individual — whether using the same or different details — is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. hla360 reserves the right to verify the information provided and request supporting documents at any time. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. hla360 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact hla360 support immediately.

- Registration details must be accurate and up to date
- Passwords must be kept confidential by the user
- Identity verification may be requested at any time
- Accounts may not be transferred or shared
- Suspicious activity will be investigated and may result in suspension
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions
Hla360 platform users are required to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia while using the platform. Using the platform for any unlawful purpose — including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity — is strictly prohibited.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and/or legal action:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways not intended by the platform
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes
- Spreading false or misleading information about the hla360 platform
Hla360 reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these terms and to take appropriate action against any detected violations.
Payment Information and MYR Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the hla360 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and supported local bank transfers. The list of available payment methods is subject to change, and users are advised to check the latest options within their account.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account once payment confirmation is received. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen — digital wallets are typically processed instantly, while bank transfers may take longer. hla360 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
For withdrawals, users must use the same method as the original deposit unless otherwise stated. Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once all security and compliance checks are completed. hla360 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is detected on the account.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

Hla360 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or events beyond our reasonable control. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis and hla360 makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and software on the hla360 platform are the exclusive property of hla360 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from hla360.
Third-Party Links
The hla360 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. hla360 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users who access third-party links do so at their own risk.
Amendments to Terms, Account Closure, and Applicable Law
Amendments to Terms
Hla360 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Closure and Suspension Policy
Hla360 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including breach of terms, fraudulent activity, prolonged inactivity, or at the user's own request. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through account settings or by contacting the support team. Valid balances in voluntarily closed accounts will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the current applicable policy.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
